I pledge to fight for quality healthcare for all

With winter upon us the NHS faces even more problems. The country’s leading A&E doctor has warned that record numbers of patients will be stuck on trolleys in corridors or the back of ambulances this winter as hospitals run out of beds because of soaring demand and limited funding.

Protecting the NHS remains a key concern for all of us but there are now serious doubts as to whether the NHS has the resources and staff needed to cope with increased demand this winter.

I am anxious about the impact a reduced service at Good Hope Hospital is having on local residents and will continue fighting for our local services and our NHS.

I have been putting pressure on the clinical commission group to do everything they can in order to keep vital services local and keep our walk in centre on Erdington High Street.

I want to hear from you about our NHS and why it matters to you. Please fill in the survey below and let me know your thoughts.
